The most exciting development in jewelry design today is Computer-Aided Design, also called CAD. Using Matrix 3D Jewelry Design Software, we will help you design your own unique piece of jewelry. Once the design is ready, we will email files to you with three dimensional representations of your virtual jewelry for your approval. You will be able to see your custom jewelry before it even exists.

It is now easier than ever to create your own one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry.
All you need to do is return the form at the bottom of this page with a description of the piece of jewelry you have in mind. Or, if you prefer to include a sketch or photograph, you can send a fax to us at: 770-496-1488. In either case, please remember to include your contact information so that we can get back to you.
We will contact you for an initial consultation so that our jewelry experts can advise you and ask you any questions we may have about your design. We will be able to let you know approximately how much the final cost for your finished jewelry will be and give you a general idea of how long your project may take to finish.
Once we have your approval, we will use powerful jewelry design software to create 3D designs called CAD (for computer-aided design) of your jewelry.
When the design is done, we will email files to you with photo-realistic 3D renderings of
your design at different angles. You will be able to SEE your piece before it even exists. The virtual jewelry on your screen will be a color preview that can be printed or emailed. If you
have any small changes or modifications you would like to see, we will be
more than happy to make them and send new pictures for your approval.
Now we are ready to begin making your piece of jewelry. The computer file will be sent to a machine which will make a model of your design, and then the goldsmiths in our shop will go through the demanding process of making your piece using traditional methods. The model will be cast into the metal you selected, any diamonds or gemstones will be set by hand, and the piece will be cleaned, hand-polished and inspected by our professional staff.
When your piece is finished we will contact you and ship it to you. From your sketch and ideas, a beautiful piece of custom jewelry comes to life.
There are two separate costs involved in custom design. There is a design fee which is separate from the cost of making the final piece of jewelry, as explained below:
The design fee will depend on the intricacy of the design
and how many hours we estimate it will take us to complete. After the initial consultation, we will ask for a deposit to begin the design process. The deposit will be applied toward your custom jewelry order if you decide to have the final piece made in our workshop. If you would rather have your jeweler make the final piece for you, we can send your files to you.
The cost of your piece of jewelry will be based on the value of the materials you have selected (gold, platinum, diamonds, gemstones, etc.), and the level of skill and workmanship involved in making it. We will know the final cost as soon as we finish the CAD design and can let you know how much it will be before we start making the piece. We will require a 50% deposit to begin the process of making your jewelry and payment in full before we ship it to you.
